My sister’s husband believes to be good for fatigue.
I also believe it.
Last summer I, my sister and my sister’s husband had went tHot Yoga class regularly.
We were getting well by degrees.
For example , chronic low back pain, pain of organs, tendonitis(wrist) had been changing for the better.
It is not too much to say that my life was change!
Please think about it, chronic pain restrict daily life.
I am sure that if it has gone, our life changes.
There are many good thing, BUT there is a problem too.
The class has a schedule.
My sister and her husband were busy with their work.
I had been able to stand to repeat same script gradually.
As the result we stopped to go to Hot Yoga Class finally.
So he thought and the good idea was on.
He found this.

He bought a Jet Bath!
At first, he put it on the Terrace.
But he temperature of outside has fallen below zero every night.
The boiler of this bath is not powerful.
It can raise the temperature of hot water only one degree (moreover not Centigrade but Fahrenheit) over 1 hour.
This is why he took apart once, and then put it in the room.
When I was soaked in the tub to the shoulder, I squealed because of a good feeling and a feeling of release.
Bathing is the greatest!!
I was warmed to the bone.
But this bath also has problema.
The shortage of power of a boiler. – > It need long time to boil the water a a whole day and night.
- It cannot perform filtration of hot water.
- > Although we are putting chemical into it, hot water becomes muddy gradually.
- There is a no place to wash the body.(Watch the common Japanese bath room, click here) -> We wash ourself outside the bathtub.( Also ,the bath and toilet are in separate rooms.)
According to the manual, we can take this bath to the camp.
I wonder that It should need long time to boil the water.
I have explained the problem of this bath, BUT it has very good merit without Japanese bath.
It is that we can soak the bath with the whole family!
At the hot spring in the United States, a swimming suit is worn wholly and a bath is enjoyed together. (In Japan, in a public bath we also get undressing, so it divide with man and woman.)
I soak the bath and watch the movie with my family.
It’s a wonderful time truely.
